GT students at Holt have been learning about water scarcity as a part of their semester long sustainable agriculture unit. This week, students had a lesson in empathy as they participated in a water walk to better understand how one-third of the world’s population deals with having no access to water. Students walked almost 2 miles, carrying about 10 lbs of water, during this activity to gain perspective!
